Delivery of your order
You can place an order via the button ‘request a quote’. You will then receive a detailed quote from us within one working day, including a request for (down)payment. After you have paid the down payment, we will place the order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. We apply a fixed rate for shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands. For delivery from our warehouse in the Netherlands, we charge € 49 shipping costs. For a custom made production we charge for up to 10 m2 € 95 shipping costs. The shipping costs elsewhere in Europe vary per country, please feel free to contact us if you would like to receive more information about this.
Is your order available from stock? Then we deliver your order within 2 weeks.
For a custom-made production, please take into account a delivery time of approximately 7 weeks.
We deliver our tiles, tapestries and scented candles throughout the Netherlands and beyond. We will bring the orders to the door within the Netherlands and Belgium. The carrier will not help you to lift the tiles, so keep this in mind.
The carrier will inform you of the time of delivery by SMS or by phone on the agreed delivery day. Make sure that someone is always present on the agreed delivery day. If no one is present, we may charge extra costs for delivering the order again.
ALWAYS CHECK THE ORDER AFTER DELIVERY
Always check immediately whether the correct products have been delivered and check for possible damage. If the delivery is incomplete or damaged, make a note on the delivery note and contact us immediately.
